Refund policy

At DH Nutritionals, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and nutritional products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, vitamins, and ingestible products, the following Return & Refund Policy applies in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards and health-related product safety practices.

1. Return Request Window

Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving their order to request a return or report an issue.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide:

  • Detailed reason for the return request
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Photos showing any damage, defect, or shipping issue if applicable

Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be eligible for review or approval.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in resalable condition.
  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration caused by the customer will not qualify for a refund.
  • For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Any ingestible product that has been opened or tampered with

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking and administrative fee deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

After review and approval, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

DH Nutritionals reserves the right to:

All sales are subject to management approval.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
